We are recruiting Personal Care Assistantsto provide 2:1 support for a 28-year-old woman living independently in her own

home. She has moderate learning disabilities, autism, ADHD and hypotonia .

The role focuses on promoting independence, safety and wellbeing at home and in the community. Support includes personal

care, domestic tasks , and assisting with activities such as walking, swimming and shopping .
