About the Role
As a Personal Support Manager, you will oversee a supported living home, ensuring compliance with RISCA Regulations and coaching Support Workers to help individuals achieve their care plan outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Support Workers.
- Ensure compliance with care regulations.
- Liaise with external professionals and families.
- Monitor and review service and support plans.
- Plan rotas and manage annual leave.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team in Supported Living.
- Knowledge of best practices in Learning Disabilities.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Full driving license and Business Class 1 insurance.
- Ability to work varied shifts on a rota basis.

Compensation
Salary ranges from £28,354.82 to £29,939.94 pro rata per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location & Schedule
This position is based in Glan yr Afon, Sketty, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week.
