The Personalised Care and Support (PCS) Lead for Cancer plays a vital role in ensuring care provided to people diagnosed

with cancer meets their individual needs.

You'll be joining a team who are dedicated to quality care for all. You'll oversee a programme of work which supports 12

cancer speciality teams to deliver our organisations' Personalised Care and Support strategy, which reflects the SWAG
