About the Role

The present position of PD HUB Safe Service Lead is offered to manage and further develop the Personality Disorder HUB

Safe Service. The service is part of a specialist community mental health team, identified to work with complex

presentations of personality disorder and complex relational trauma. The service comprises PD HUB Case Management, PD

HUB Day Service and the PD HUB Safe Service.

The successful candidate will be leading a team of 10 qualified/non-qualified staff. Mental Health Practitioners provide

telephone and face to face support, alongside planned brief psychological intervention, informed by Cognitive Analytic
