About the Role

PFI Monitoring Officer (Hard FM)

Reporting to the PFI contracts manager to support the PFI Contract monitoring officer with the programme of

co-ordination and delivery of the compliance responsibilities and provide assurance that effective and responsive

processes are maintained across the Barts Trust sites.

Process incoming PFI variation requests and send the requests to Trust PFI Representative and work closely with any

members of the management team to assist in improving the quality and compliance of E&F PFI service delivery.
