Pharmacist Team Manager
About the Role
To be responsible for the strategic leadership, planning and development of the pharmacy medicines policy & guidance
service across NHS Lanarkshire, encompassing both acute and primary care services. To be responsible for providing
expert advice, assurance and governance on pharmaceutical matters relating to clinical guidelines/protocols/policies
etc. and to ensure alignment and compliance with medicines legislation. To represent NHS Lanarkshire at a regional and
national level and actively participate in the wider strategic agenda for medicine guidance for example the single
national formulary. To lead and develop a programme of clinical audits and undertake and co-ordinate research into own
