Pharmacy Informatics Team. This pivotal role supports the deployment and optimisation of the Electronic Prescription

Service (EPS) across the Trust, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant prescribing practices.

The successful candidate will contribute to formulary development, digital systems integration, and the creation of

analytical dashboards to enhance clinical decision-making and patient safety. Working collaboratively with

multidisciplinary teams, the postholder will provide expert guidance on digital medicines initiatives and uphold data
