We are looking for an Physical Health Lead Nurse(RGN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing who is experienced of

working within GP surgery or General hospital outpatient clinics.

You will be expected to work 24 hrs a week (Monday – Friday) 8 hrs a day
