About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the development of the Physical Health Service, delivering
skilled evidence based interventions to service users and carers/families with challenging complex needs and/or who
present high levels of risk. The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing development of the physical health
pathway and monitor the physical health of service users open to the team in line with the NICE guidelines. The post
holder will assist in supervision and will supervise and develop members of lower band staff and will provide mentorship
