our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing who is experienced of working within General hospital outpatient clinics. You will be

expected to work 40 hrs a week (Monday - Friday) (9am - 5pm) As a Physical Health Lead Support Worker, your

responsibilities will vary. You will be involved in embedding physical health care policy and promotion, along with

supporting a GP clinic, Clozapine clinic and other physical health interventions within the hospital. You will support
