About the Role
Job Purpose To assess respiratory patients and provide appropriate care including Pulmonary Rehabilitation sessions or
home based treatment depending on patient agreed goals To provide specialist advice, assessment and treatment for
patients with a respiratory condition within the community and to support patients in respiratory exacerbation in an aim
to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. To provide specialist advice, assessment and treatments for patients being
assessed for, or already on oxygen with respiratory and non-respiratory conditions To work cohesively with other health
professionals/agencies through the respiratory service referral process in order to ensure effective treatment
