About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be a member of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust Cancer Services PICC nursing team. The
post holder will be responsible for inserting PICC’s and SACT administration for oncology and haematology patients. They
will be expected to develop and promote the delivery of high quality, evidence based, person-centred care in relation to
Venous Access Devices (VADs) and carrying out programmes of care ensuring that practice is in accordance with NMC Code
of Professional Conduct and the Scope of Professional Practice. The post holder will work closely with the Unit Manager
