About the Role

Lead The Directorates in the planning of future service developments and to ensure that resources and facilities meet

the needs of the service, implementing change programmes as appropriate.Lead on the implementation of a performance

management system for the Division, including development of local service measurements and indicators. Develop close

working relationships with key external stakeholders including patients, voluntary sector organisations, Regional

Office, Delivery and Support Unit, relevant networks, and other Local Health Boards to enable the Division to deliver

its business objectives. Develop a thorough understanding of all the performance processes and targets for the Division
