About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day training and supervision of registered nurses and registered

nursing associates, as well as the on boarding, induction, orientation and training of new starters.

It is essential that the post holder exercises initiative and judgement using acquired skills and knowledge, maintaining

confidentiality at all times. The post holder will provide an empathic and sensitive point of contact for colleagues.

The post holder will be required to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to work under extreme pressure,

and be able to exercise sound judgement and decision making skills.
