Play Worker Nursery

About the Role

We are in search of adept Nursery Play Workers who are ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience with children aged newborn to 5 years.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
• CACHE or NVQ Level 1-3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Ability to cater to individual needs in small groups or one-on-one.
• Availability to provide 2 references, including one from the recent employer.
• Solid 10-year employment/education background.

Responsibilities

As a Nursery Play Worker, you will:

• Nurture and guide children's development.
• Create engaging learning activities.
• Support individual learning needs.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with team members and parents.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Experience in a nursery setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to child safety and welfare.
