About the Role
TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Playworkers to support a variety of settings across
Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about children’s play, development, and
creating positive, engaging environments where young people can thrive. As a Playworker, you will support children in
both structured and free-play activities, encouraging creativity, confidence, and social development. You will help to
create safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor play spaces, ensuring all children feel included and supported. The role
involves supervising play activities, interacting with children to promote learning through play, setting up and packing
