PMRT Lead Midwife

About the Role

Communicate sensitively and inclusively with families who have experienced loss, keeping them informed throughout the

PMRT process. Work alongside the Bereavement Midwife to support listening to the familys voice and ensure it is

represented at each Perinatal Mortality Review. Facilitate the design, production and prioritisation of any action plans

and work programmes to ensure learning and improvement Work closely with the maternity governance team and the

specialist bereavement midwife to support and facilitate the PMRT process Lead on the complete management of each case

which fits the criteria for PMRT Ensure maintenance of and compliance with PRMT recommendations. Collate and present
