About the Role
Role Purpose Clinical Leadership: Support Director of Nursing to provide nursing leadership across a portfolio of
services, as part of a multi-disciplinary leadership team; ensuring that care is delivered safely and effectively. Team
Management: Provide support and guidance to nursing teams including clinical supervision and where required line
management supervision, appraisals, facilitate training and act as a role model, demonstrating best practices. Clinical
Care: provide direct clinical care, including prescribing interventions, community alcohol detoxification services and
health & wellbeing interventions. Key duties and activities of the role To work as part of the multi-disciplinary
