About the Role

Job Summary: Each Positive Behaviour Support Lead will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a consistently high

quality active support service within a caring environment, ensuring that both service users and staff are treated with

dignity and respect. The Lisburn PBS service is a challenging but equally rewarding service to work in. It is a

supported living setting that facilitates a bespoke placement for individuals with complex needs that includes, ill

mental health, learning disability, and autism coupled with behaviours that challenge In Lisburn PBS, the service user

is at the centre of everything that we do, therefore the role of PBS lead is very bespoke to the service users needs.
