About the Role

Job Summary: Lisburn Supported Living Service is an incredibly challenging but equally rewarding service to work in. It

is a supported living setting that facilitates a bespoke placement for individuals with complex needs which includes,

ill mental health, learning disability, and autism coupled with behaviours that challenge. Using the principles of

positive behaviour support, as a team we have been able to actively support and positively improve the lives of the

individuals we support. The people we support are at the centre of everything that we do, ensuring that all care and
