Your role as Practice Development Lead is to proactively support all team members in the home with the full provision of
learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers,
learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is
in line with organisational objectives our values of Truth, Love and Compassion and principles of Relationship Centred
