About the Role

Roles and responsibilities Planning and coordination of the maternity clinical and emergency skills program in liaison

with maternity clinical skills (MCS) team and head of midwifery (HOM). Facilitate the development of maternity clinical

and emergency skills for all midwifery and maternity support workers (MSW) in the maternity service. Assist in the

delivery of orientation training program for new maternity staffing and staff changing clinical areas in maternity

service, ensuring that the appropriate training is offered and delivered. Liaise with clinical leads and Health Roster

to ensure staff resources are made available for training and development opportunities. Ensure the communication and
