About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
This post requires a progressive thinker who is capable of functioning autonomously and in collaboration with the MDT.
You will be responsible for ensuring provision of a high-quality service through training, education and supervision of
junior staff enabling them to move through the systematic methodology of improvement in their delivery of care.
This post will be a secondment/fixed term opportunity for a suitable candidate to improve their perspective in staff
development while gaining in-depth experience within this Division.
