About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Practice Development Nurse to join our Mental Health Inpatient Services at

Pendleview, Pennine. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing clinical practice, supporting

staff learning, and driving quality improvement across our inpatient wards.

As a Practice Development Nurse, you will work collaboratively with ward teams, educators, and senior nurses to promote

evidence-based practice and professional development. You will help create a positive learning environment that empowers

staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and recovery-focused care.
