About the Role

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of our team as a Practice Development

Nurse/Practitioner. We encourage applicants from both Nursing and AHP backgrounds.

The post holder will have a lead role in the development and provision of practice education standards within the Urgent

Community Response and Home First Teams in the Unplanned Care Division.

The post holder will provide mentorship and work based learning facilitation, in-house curriculum design and teaching,

higher education teaching.
