About the Role
This post is designed to support the continuing development of excellence in nursing practice across the range of
clinical services at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The post holder will provide specialist clinical advice
and promote key practice developments and implementation of quality initiatives. The post holder will co-ordinate and
deliver registered practitioner and healthcare support worker education packages, training materials and provide advice,
mentoring and supervision to support the delivery of high-quality care through clinical expertise, The 6 Cs and Trust
values. The team supports Matrons, Sisters/Charge nurses and clinical staff in creating safe, effective, caring,
