Responsibility Co-lead the development and delivery of the preceptorship programme with the Royal Marsden School Support

preceptees and preceptors in practice, facilitating transition from student to newly registered nurse. Maintain

effective communication links with individuals, organisations and staff groups identified in key working relationships.

Attend departmental meetings as required. Represent the Trust and corporate nursing education team at relevant

committees as required. Identify and promote shared values in pursuit of local and organisational objectives. Report key
