About the Role
Competencies and Training: To be involved in the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of clinical and
essential training using relevant national and local guidelines and frameworks. Support in delivery of training
programmes led by other clinical educators. Implement, participate, and facilitate in the development of Practice
Supervision as peer groups for all staff groups across the Community Nursing teams. Facilitate the development of a peer
learning groups for all staff groups across theCommunity Nursing teams. Develop opportunities to enhance development and
sign off, of clinical practicecompetencies. Facilitate and support in the sign off, of clinical competencies, supporting
