Practice Nurse - 1 Year contract

About the Role

Job Summary The post holder will work as part of the nursing team at The Village Medical Centre to provide high-quality,

evidence-based nursing care to the practice population. You will deliver a range of clinical services including

immunisations, cervical cytology, chronic disease management, wound care, health screening and health promotion

activities. The role will involve both treatment room and chronic disease management work and requires a proactive,

adaptable and caring nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary primary care team.Key
