About the Role

Dream Medical is seeking a full-time locum Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP surgery in Budleigh for August and September. The ideal candidate will perform essential nursing duties and be proficient in using the Emis Web clinical system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Cytology and Travel Vaccinations
• Administer Childhood immunisations and Spirometry
• Perform Phlebotomy, Wounds & Dressings
• Support Smoking Cessation initiatives
• Conduct Asthma and Diabetic Reviews (desirable)

Requirements

• Practice Nurse experience required
• NMC registration and valid PIN
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
• Up-to-date training in Cytology and immunisations
• Excellent communication skills
