About the Role

Clinical Practice Assess, order and interpret investigations, undertake practical procedures, diagnose, plan, implement

and evaluate treatment / interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated diagnosis. Clinically

examine and assess patient needs from a physiological, psychological and social perspective, and plan clinical care

accordingly. Plan, implement and evaluate an effective management plan for the patient, ensuring safe discharge/referral

and/or transfer to an appropriate health care service. To demonstrate a level of clinical practice that reflects agreed

policies, protocols and guidelines. Provide information and advice on prescribed or over-the-counter medication on
