About the Role
Job summary The Old School Surgery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Nurse Manager to lead and
support the nursing team within our well-established, partner-led GP practice. This role combines clinical practice with
team leadership, ensuring patients receive high-quality, proactive and well-coordinated nursing care across the
practice. The post-holder will support the development of clinical services, contribute to quality improvement and work
closely with the GP partners and senior leadership team to maintain excellent standards of patient care. The Practice
Nurse Manager will play a key role in ensuring the nursing team works effectively alongside GPs, Healthcare Assistants
