Practice Nurse - New to General Practice
About the Role
Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Care Provide high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients across the lifespan.
Assist in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care under supervision. Perform basic nursing
tasks such as wound care, ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, urinalysis, height/weight measurements, and other routine
procedures. Undertake venepuncture (if trained) or complete training promptly upon appointment. Administer vaccinations
and injections in line with training and local policy (or undertake training as part of induction). Support management
of long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, COPD, and hypertension under guidance. Provide health promotion advice
