Dream Medical Limited is seeking a qualified Practice Nurse for a part-time, permanent position in Gravesend. Bring your expertise in Cervical Cytology, Baby immunisations, COPD, Spirometry, and Long-term conditions to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and consultations.
• Administer vaccinations and immunisations.
• Manage chronic disease care plans.
• Perform spirometry and other diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• NMC Registration & Pin required.
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
• Nursing qualification essential.
• Experience in a GP surgery setting.
• Up-to-date training and skill sets.
