Carry out routine nursing tasks related to patient care as indicated by patient need including: Cervical Cytology Wound
care Removal of Sutures, clips Routine immunisations and Childhood immunisations Injections e.g. B12, Goserelin and
others Urinalysis Health checks Travel Advice and Vaccinations Long term conditions, including: Asthma and COPD
Management Hypertension Management / 24 hour ambulatory BP Diabetes Management Phlebotomy ECGs Chaperoning and assisting
patients where appropriate who are being examined by another clinician Requesting pathology tests, for example urine
