About the Role
Staffing and People Management Evaluate, organise and oversee staff induction and training and ensure that all staff are
adequately trained to fulfil their role. Support Group Practice Manager in workforce planning and co-ordinating the
recruitment, induction and training of new staff. Planning and recruitment of Locum cover. Prepare weekly/monthly shift
planning for Practice Staff, (including clinical and non-clinical) and arranging cover (including locum cover) when
necessary. Identify training and development needs for Practice staff. To monitor staff annual leave, sickness and
absence and mitigate any impact to practice staffing rotas. Ensure all Practice staff are aware of the need for
