About the Role

Full-time (37.5 hours) – Part-time options available. Develop and enhance your clinical and teaching skills as a Band 6 Practice Trainer. Support and train staff to deliver the highest quality patient care across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ward-based and classroom training across the NCA.
• Support staff in developing vital clinical skills.
• Lead courses on important topics like Sepsis.
• Travel across different locations within the Trust.
• Maintain meticulous records and complete learning needs analyses.

Requirements

• Wide-ranging clinical skills and a passion for teaching.
• Flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in clinical training and course development.
