About the Role
Full-time (37.5 hours) – Part-time options available. Develop and enhance your clinical and teaching skills as a Band 6 Practice Trainer. Support and train staff to deliver the highest quality patient care across the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ward-based and classroom training across the NCA.
- Support staff in developing vital clinical skills.
- Lead courses on important topics like Sepsis.
- Travel across different locations within the Trust.
- Maintain meticulous records and complete learning needs analyses.
Requirements
- Wide-ranging clinical skills and a passion for teaching.
- Flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in clinical training and course development.
