About the Role

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients attending pre-assessment clinics. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient

care, coordinating with the wider clinical team. Interpret clinical information to identify risks related to surgery or

anaesthesia. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical guidelines. Request investigations in line with

NICE guidelines and evidence-based practice. Promote health education and support patients in maintaining a healthy

lifestyle.
