About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Multi Professional Education team as the lead for Pre-registration Nurse

Education. We currently partner with eight Higher Education Institutions for pre-registration education.

The Pre-registration Nursing Lead holds overarching responsibility for the strategic and operational advancement of

educational excellence across the Trust’s pre-registration nursing programmes. This role is pivotal in formulating and

implementing progressive strategies aimed at enhancing the student experience and positioning the Trust as the employer

of choice within the region. Core functions include the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the student journey
