About the Role

Patient care and clinical expertise provide clinical expertise, specialist advice and support across the whole spectrum

of the service related to the training and development agenda Be an expert clinical practitioner, prioritising and

planning workload to including working clinically to support the newly qualified midwives Demonstrate compassionate,

visionary leadership, working in partnership with the Maternity Workforce Matron, to create a safe learning environment

that is conducive to encouraging and enabling newly qualified midwives to grow and flourish and where staff feel safe

and at ease to access support and/or escalate concerns should they arise Support newly qualified midwives to ensure that
