About the Role

takes great pride in their work. You will need to be cheerful and hard working as well as committed to maintaining a
safe, spotlessly clean and attractive environment.
The role is incredibly varied and includes a wide range of duties, including security of the building and site, health
and safety checks, cleaning, routine maintenance and the organising and monitoring of contractors. You will also need
to be physically fit and have good time management and record keeping skills
