About the Role

Key Responsibilities Undertake triage and clinical assessment of patients, including urgent, same-day, and routine

presentations. Provide autonomous, evidence-based clinical care and treatment for patients, including prescribing

medications in line with V300 qualification, national/local guidelines and care pathways. Support home visits and

provide an alternative model for GP urgent home assessments. Perform and interpret ECGs, blood pressure readings,

spirometry (where trained), and other diagnostic tools. Undertake investigatory procedures and collect specimens

including blood, swabs, urine samples, etc., within scope of practice. Request and interpret appropriate investigations
