About the Role
We have a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about providing top quality service to our patients across
Taverham Surgery and Bacon Road Surgery. We offer a two-week induction whereby you will have time with our team to gain
a good understanding of how the practice operates and will be enrolled to complete a NVQ Level 2 Dispensary Course. The
post-holder should recognise the importance of effective communication within the team, patients and other healthcare
professionals. Ensure accurate documentation within patient records via Systmone. Monitor and respond to online
communications via our online system, Systmconnect. Process repeat prescription requests received by phone, email, fax,
