About the Role
The preterm birth lead midwife will support the preterm birth work and compliance with element 5 of Saving Babies Lives
Care Bundle v3 including the core competencies within this, and Mat Neo SIP preterm optimisation and stabilisation work
stream across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire maternity system.
The preterm birth lead midwife will have oversight and support the development of processes. They will work in
collaboration with existing leads for SBLCB, NHSR, preterm birth and public health along with colleagues from clinical
effectiveness, neonatal teams, and governance teams. They will provide coordination of reporting and monitoring of
