About the Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities Travel across Bedford, Luton, and Milton Keynes to conduct adult physical health check

reviews. Attend various clinic locations including GP practices, hospitals, workplaces, and other community settings.

Maintainaccurate, clear, and comprehensive clinical records using SystmOne or other clinical systems. Complete required

templateswithin the electronic patient recordand ensure all coding and patient information is recorded accurately and

promptly. Carry out baseline clinical observations including blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, and

pulse, and record findings accurately. Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testingin accordance withtraining and
