An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised and highly motivated individual to join the Primary Care Liaison

Service.

The Primary Care Liaison Service sits at the interface between Cambridge University Hospitals and primary care. Our

priority is to facilitate effective communication, working and learning between Primary Care and the Trust to create

sustainable inter-professional relationships needed for an efficient healthcare system for optimal patient care.

This is a Fixed Term / Secondment role reporting to the Primary Care Liaison Manager. With excellent and flexible
