About the Role
The CHCP Wellbeing Primary Care Liaison Service are offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join their team
on a 12 month temporary/secondment basis as a Primary Care Liaison Nurse.
We are looking for exceptionally motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with appropriate experience to join our
team within City Health Care Partnership Community Interest Company (CHCP CIC) Wellbeing Primary Care Liaison Service.
The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker and used to working under pressure. They will be required
to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with patients.
