Primary Care Nurse (Primary Care) - HMP Lincoln

About the Role

We provide a Primary Care Service 24/7 and a Mental Health service over 7 days a week. Its the variety of this role

which will provide a stimulating experience like no other, one minute you could be delivering a nurse led clinic, the

next you may be attending an emergency response. You will be able to work autonomously whilst always having the support

of a strong team when required. You will be involved in leading and developing nurse- led clinics for health screening,

vaccination and immunisation and long term conditions. Applications are welcome from experienced nurses. Please note

applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost
