Primary Care Paramedic

About the Role

Responsibilities Triage : Telephone triage of patients requesting same day appointments and other urgent queries,

prioritising the needs of patients and referring on to the GPs as necessary. To offer care complementary to that offered

by the GPs and other practitioners in the Practices. To participate in acute care consultations and make differential

diagnoses using decision-making and problem-solving skills. You will be working alongside the rest of the clinical team.

Patients will be allocated according to the level of clinicians experience. To undertake visits to patients in their own

homes and to nursing homes if required during urgent/ acute episodes of care with the supervision and support of GPs. To
