About the Role
To provide comprehensive and efficient supervision of the Support Services within Primary care Services Directorate.
To ensure the service is sufficiently staffed during the operating hours from 8.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate a significant level of initiative and manage their own workload and
taking decisions and actions, some of which will be without the supervision of the Branch Manager or Service Delivery
Manager.
To ensure administrative staff are kept up to date with changes and developments in the group.
